I wish I had found Mr. Buscaglia's blog earlier, but oddly enough I found it the day I read on gamepolitics that Mr. Thompson is beign investigated again by the Florida bar. I wonder what you think of that and what it'll mean for Thompsons career.

Dear sir I regret to inform you that what you've posted is too funny and you have thus broken my sense of humor a la South Park. It may very well be months before I'm able to laugh at anything else. I hope you're prepared to see this issue in court.

Though seriously, nice job Tom. (Or is it Mr. Buscaglia? Or can I just call you Buscy?)

JT isn't anything if not consistent. This isn't the first challenge he issued... and then failed to meet. I recall the website Penny Arcade donating to a charity in his name when he failed to honor a, apparently satirical, pledge.

Perhaps bluffing isn't his strong suit. I think I'd like to have him over for poker night.

"not gamers whose frontal lobes are fried"

I knew I smelled something burning.

A while back I sat next to Mr. Thompson at a local restaurant. Do you think he would have run away knowing how close he sat to a bloodthirsty, trained-in-the-killing-arts, awp-whore-knifing Pixelante?

I should have flashed him my Stewie Griffin "I like you. When I take over the world, your death shall be quick and painless." t-shirt and leered at him through the glare of the sun reflecting off of my butter knife.

I'm not surprised he's backed out at all. This is what he normally does. Agree to something he knows he will los eto make himself look like he's a fighter. Then shorty after he removes himself from the situation all the while putting down his opponent to again... make himself look better.
His did it in Strickland vs. Sony so why wouldn't he do it here.
Every time he speaks he makes it worse on himself. Way to go Jack. You just made yourself look bad again.

Sigh... I'm really surprised he's backing out. You'd think he'd love more attention. He may be an attention whore, but he's smart enough to know he'll get his rear end handed to him.

Typical Jack. Great story, Mr Buscaglia... all I can say is, I hope you now stick to not thinking about him at all, because the best thing anyone can do about Jack Thompson to pass him over and get on with something more important. His drivel brings everyone down.

Well hats off to you for attempting to have a true intellectual debate with Jack. Believe me, many have tried, but as you and I both predicted, it wasn't going to happen. But I thank you very much for the insight from a miami lawyer's perspective. Also, thank you for having the spine that Jack Thompson does not.
